How do you ensure the quality of the art?
The artist uses deep insight into traditional art principles (composition, colour, technique) to direct the creative process. The AI is simply a powerful tool—the expertise and vision come from the artist.
Do you offer a signature South African style?
Yes. While our styles are diverse, the Photo-Realism category features unique African wildlife and natural flair, making it the perfect choice for those seeking a sophisticated piece of South Africa.
Ordering & Customization
How do I order a product not listed (e.g., wallpaper, mugs, mousepads, or custom items)?
Simply send us a message via our Contact Page explaining your custom request details and include the specific artwork code(s) you would like to use. We handle bespoke fulfillment and will respond with a quote and timeline within 48 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Digital master files are delivered electronically via email to clients worldwide. For physical wall art, we do not handle direct international shipping—all physical orders must be collected at our designated pickup point in Roodepoort, South Africa. International and distant clients are welcome to arrange their own courier service for collection, and we will have your package ready for handover.
Copyright & Licensing
Can I download or use these images for my own projects?
No. All digital artwork is legally protected under copyright. However, we offer authorized Single Digital Purchases for a one-time personal fine-art print, as well as Full Collection Licenses (Single Print Access) to print a complete collection series for personal display.
I want to use a piece commercially. Is licensing possible?
No. All digital purchases and physical wall art are authorized strictly for personal use and decor. Rights granted do not include commercial distribution, reselling, or volume production runs. For bespoke commercial inquiries or specialized corporate projects, please send us a message directly via our Contact Page.
