We provide worldwide electronic delivery for digital master files, alongside on-demand local production for premium physical wall art and custom orders.

Digital Master Files

High-resolution digital files (Single Purchases and Full Collection Licenses) are delivered electronically via email within 24–48 hours of purchase worldwide with zero shipping fees.

Processing & Production Time

All physical wall art—including stretched canvas, block mounts, and framed prints (black or white frames)—as well as approved custom request items, are crafted on demand. Production time is 5–10 business days prior to collection.

Collection & Courier Policy

• Designated Pickup Point: To preserve the integrity and quality of our physical wall decor, we do not handle direct physical shipping. All orders must be collected at our pickup point in Roodepoort, South Africa, by appointment.

• Client-Arranged Courier: Regional or international clients are welcome to arrange their own courier service for collection. Please inform us once your courier schedule is confirmed so we can ensure your order is packaged and ready for handover.
